Sofia, February 9 (BTA) - The Bulgarian Foreign Ministry condemned a terrorist attack in the Libyan city of Benghazi on Friday. It says in a statement that the attack reconfirms that there is a pressing need to make tangible progress in the political process of national reconciliation and building legitimate institutions in Libya under the UN auspices.

The Foreign Ministry goes on to offer its compassion to the families of the victims.

It also reconfirms its support for the efforts under the aegis of the UN special representative, Ghassan Salame, for lasting stabilization of the country.
