site.btaPM Borissov to Open EBRD Western Balkans Investment Summit in London

Sofia, February 25 (BTA) - Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will open the third Western Balkans Investment Summit organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London on February 26.

The six Western Balkans countries will be represented by their head of government, with Edi Rama for Albania; Denis Zvizdic for Bosnia and Herzegovina; Zoran Zaev for Macedonia; Ramush Haradinaj for Kosovo; Dusko Markovic for Montenegro and Ana Brnabic for Serbia.

The event aims to bring together the region's leaders and potential investors from across the world for a discussion of ways to attract larger support from the private, financial and public sectors for the infrastructure projects in the Western Balkans.

The initiative is part of a series of summits devoted to those countries' development and EU perspective.
