site.btaInternational Booker Prize Winner Georgi Gospodinov to Speak at Barcelona's Bienal de Pensamiento

Bulgarian writer and International Booker Prize winner Georgi Gospodinov will visit Barcelona on October 12 and will take part in the Bienal de Pensamiento 2024 initiative, the Consulate General of Bulgaria in Barcelona shared on its official Facebook page.

The event will be held at the Centre for Contemporary Culture in Barcelona, starting at 12:00 local time. The literary discussion will be moderated by Miquel Cabal, a translator and lecturer at the University of Barcelona.

In May 2023, Georgi Gospodinov and translator Angela Rodel won the international Booker Prize for the novel Time Shelter.
