site.btaBAPA's Deputy Sheriff Asen Dimitrov Receives His Third Life Saving Award

Deputy Sheriff Asen Dimitrov of the Bulgarian American Police Association (B.A.P.A.) received the "Life Saving Award". This is the third time in the past two years that he has received the award, the B.A.P.A. announced on its Facebook page: 

“B.A.P.A. would like to congratulate one of its own, Deputy Sheriff Asen Dimitrov, for receiving the prestigious "Life Saving Award". This is the third time in 2 years, that Deputy Sheriff Asen Dimitrov has been awarded for saving a life!” 

Deputy Sheriff Dimitrov was awarded by Sheriff Kurt Hoffman, who leads the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office in Florida, the Facebook post reads.

B.A.P.A. is an organization with members of Bulgarian descent working in American law enforcement. It was founded by Bulgarians working as police officers, sheriffs, agents in the USA, to organise donation initiatives and sponsor Bulgarian students.
