Black Sea coast: Mostly sunny. Moderate to strong east-northeasterly wind. Highs: 11C to 13C. Seawater temperature: 12C to 13C. Sea waves: 2-3 degrees Douglas.

Mountains: Cloudy and snowy. Strong to gale-force southeasterly wind with blizzards and snowdrifts. Highs: 1-2C at 1,200 meters, minus 2C at 2,000 meters.

Cloudy and rainy, snowy above 600-700 meters. Rain to be heavier in Southern Bulgaria.
