We are not against the budget. There are two things in the transitional and final provisions that disturb us. This is what GERB leader Boyko Borissov told journalists in Parliament on Wednesday when asked about the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) budget.

Parliament will discuss on first reading on Friday the draft law on the budget of the NHIF for 2024 and the draft law on the budget of the state social insurance for next year, lawmakers decided earlier in the day.

There will be a Health Insurance Fund budget, MRF floor leader Delyan Peevski told journalists.

There are certain things, we are considering them, there is nothing fatal, the MP said.
