DSB Leader Kanev: Reformist Bloc Is Both Success and Disappointment

Sofia, November 29 (BTA) - Addressing the 13th conference of
Democrats for Strong Bulgaria on Saturday, leader Radan Kanev
said that the Reformist Bloc was both a successful project and a
 disappointment.

Kanev said that consolidation and a strong leadership will help
overcome the mistrust between the Bloc's parties.

Kanev was adamant that the Reformist Bloc should unify before
the local elections in 2015. He outlined three roads ahead: a
single party, a political federation, or a new political party.

Kanev warned that without reforms Bulgaria would enter into a
debt spiral, urging for debate on the strategic goals and
calling for the unity of the Bulgarian nation.

DSB deputy leader and Health Minister Peter Moskov vowed that
the Reformist Bloc will be a strong union that will be able to
see through its goals.

Vili Lilkov, leader of the Sofia chapter, said that the
coalition formula of the Reformist Bloc was successful but that
its leaders communicated to each other through mediators such as
 GERB.

The conference elected the members of the party's national
election headquarters which will be chaired by Peter Moskov.
