site.btaEducation Ministry: Sofia to Host Real World Crypto Symposium in 2025

The INSAIT Institute at Sofia University will host the Real World Crypto (RWC) Symposium in 2025. Between March 26 and 28, Sofia will the world's technological elite to discuss some of the most relevant topics in the field of online security, the Education Ministry said in a press release on Thursday. 

After Toronto, Tokyo, Amsterdam, New York and Palo Alto, Sofia will host the world's leading technology companies and research centers in the field of cybersecurity and cryptography, including Google, Amazon, Meta, Apple and others. More than 1,000 business and scientific representatives from around the world are expected to participate in the conference days.

INSAIT and Sofia's hosting was officially announced at RWC'24, which took place in Toronto, Canada on March 25–27, 2024.

At the conference, participants present and discuss the latest research related to cryptography and information security such as data confidentiality and coherence, authentication, among others. Solutions to case studies that affect the security of billions of users of some of the world's most popular online services are presented.
